In accordance with Section 365.070, no person shall operate a commercial vehicle, which does not include for the purpose of this Schedule a bus of any type or description, upon the following named streets, except commercial vehicles may be operated thereon for the purpose of picking up or delivering merchandise or material at properties adjacent thereto, and from which no other access is available, or for the purpose of servicing vehicles that may become disabled on said streets:

Central Parkway, between Patterson Road and the City limits.

Humes Lane, between Shackelford and Patterson Road.

Lindsay Lane, between Shackelford Road and North Highway 67.
