Pursuant to § 70.67(2), Wisconsin Statutes, the Village
of Hobart obligates itself to pay, if the Village of Hobart Clerk-Treasurer
fails to do so, all state and county taxes required by law to be paid
by such Clerk-Treasurer to the County Treasurer. A certified copy
of this article shall be filed with the Brown County Treasurer's Office
and shall remain in effect until a certified copy of its repeal is
filed with such County Treasurer.
