A.
A fee
of two dollars ($2.00) shall be charged for the service of notarization
of documents not pertaining to the City of Louisiana, Public Works
Department, Louisiana Police Department, or any other department within
the City of Louisiana.
B.
All
monies collected for notarization fees may be turned into the City
Collector or the Public Works Department cashier and deposited into
the City of Louisiana General Fund or into the Public Works Department
General Fund.

The City of Louisiana will charge a twenty-five dollar ($25.00)
fee on all returned checks payable to the City of Louisiana.
