A.
Any
individual or entity that desires to use City property for purposes
of constructing and accessing a small boat dock facility on the Missouri
River shall make application to the City Levee Committee, which shall
review said application and make a recommendation to the Board of
Aldermen. The Board of Aldermen shall be the final approving authority.
B.
No
City permit shall be issued unless the applicant has received and
obtained all necessary permits and approvals as required by the United
States Army Corps of Engineers.
C.
All
City permit holders shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless the
City from any and all claims arising from use of City property as
herein provided, and further that all permit holders shall agree to
keep and maintain small boat dock facilities and City property in
conformance to all applicable codes and regulations.
D.
The
City shall reserve the right to revoke any City permit which fails
to meet the terms and conditions of this Section as herein provided.
