The provisions of this Zoning Code shall be enforced by a Zoning
Enforcement Officer or his/her authorized delegate appointed by the
Board of Alderpersons.

The Zoning Enforcement Officer or his/her authorized delegate
is hereby empowered to enter and inspect any building, structure or
land to determine whether any violations of this Zoning Code have
been committed or exist. He/she is also empowered to issue and post
notices of violations, stop orders, revocation of permits and order
the remedying of any condition or omission that is found to be in
violation of this Zoning Code. In addition, by resolution the Board
of Alderpersons may direct the Zoning Enforcement Officer or his/her
authorized delegate to revoke such permits, issue such stop orders,
made such inspections and reports, initiate and take such court proceedings
and perform all other actions as required by the Board of Alderpersons
as may be necessary to enforce this Zoning Code.
