A.
There
is hereby created a Plans Review Committee of the City of Weatherby
Lake, Missouri. The Plans Review Committee shall be a subcommittee
of the Planning Commission of the City of Weatherby Lake and shall
consist of four (4) members including one (1) member of the Planning
Commission, the Zoning Enforcement Officer and two (2) citizen members.
B.
The
two (2) citizen members shall be selected by the Mayor and approved
by the Board of Alderpersons. The term of each of the citizen members
shall be for three (3) years except that the term of the citizen members
first (1st) appointed may be for varying periods so that the succeeding
terms will be staggered.
C.
Any
vacancy in membership shall be filled for the unexpired term by selection
by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Alderpersons.
D.
In
the event that the Zoning Enforcement Officer is unavailable, then
any assistant Zoning Enforcement Officer may act in his/her place.
E.
In
the event that any citizen member of the Plans Review Committee is
unavailable, then the Chairman of the Plans Review Committee may appoint
another member to the Plans Review Committee to act in the place of
the member temporarily absent.
F.
The
Plans Review Committee shall review information submitted to the Zoning
Enforcement Officer or his/her authorized delegate by applicants for
building permits.
G.
The
Plans Review Committee shall review the information submitted by the
applicant to determine whether it conforms with the Zoning Code of
the City of Weatherby Lake.

A.
The
Plans Review Committee shall be empowered to review information submitted
to the Zoning Enforcement Officer or his/her authorized delegate by
applicants for building permits.
B.
The
Plans Review Committee shall be empowered to review the information
submitted by the applicant to determine whether it conforms with the
Zoning Code of the City of Weatherby Lake.
