It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge or explode
any rockets, gun powder, dynamite or any other type of explosive substance
within the City without first obtaining a permit from the Board. Each
discharge or explosion without a permit shall constitute a separate
offense. This Section shall not apply to any fireworks regulated by
other ordinances of the City.
