Village of Webster's park hours of operation for all parks located
within the Village will be from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. everyday unless
a special event is planned by the Business Improvement District or
a special event is booked through the Village Hall.
A violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine not
exceeding $250 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.

No person shall engage in the act of smoking within any Village
park. For the purposes of this article, "smoking" means inhaling,
exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated tobacco product,
any plant or synthetic product intended for inhalation in any manner
or in any form. "Smoking" includes the use of an electronic smoking
device and a vapor product. "Park" shall include all those areas designated
as a park by the Village of Webster that include areas for active
or passive recreation and their associated parking areas.
A violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine not
exceeding $250 or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
