The Mayor with the consent and approval of the Board of Aldermen
shall appoint five (5) residents of the City to constitute the Park
Board, each of the four (4) Wards of the City shall be represented
by one (1) member, and one (1) member will be appointed at large.

The first (1st) such Park Board hereunder shall consist of the
present members of the existing Park Board, plus two (2) new members
to be appointed respectively to terms coinciding with the expiration
of the terms of the first two (2) members of the existing Park Board
whose terms expire following adoption of this Section. Appointments
thereafter shall be for a term of three (3) years. Vacancies in office
shall be filled in the manner prescribed for initial appointments
for the unexpired term.
