A permanent barricade shall be installed at the following locations:
Englewood Drive, northernmost end, just inside the present corporate
limits of the City of St. Peters, Missouri, to prevent through traffic
on Englewood Drive.
Kathleen Place, easternmost end, just inside the present corporate
limits of the City of St. Peters, Missouri, to prevent through traffic
on Kathleen Place.
Signs be so posted as deemed necessary by the City Traffic Engineer
in his/her sole discretion.
The Board of Aldermen reserves the right to order removal of
the barricades at some future date if circumstances change and it
can be determined that it is then in the best interest of the City
to reopen Englewood Drive or Kathleen Place to through traffic.
