Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 99.300 et seq., RSMo.,
there is created a Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority for
the City. The exercise in the City of the powers, functions and duties
of such authority is approved.

The Commissioners of the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority shall be appointed by the Mayor. Before entering upon his/her duties, each Commissioner of the Authority shall take, subscribe and file with the City Clerk an oath or affirmation as set forth in Section 111 of the Charter.
