Loading zones are hereby established in the public streets of
the City at locations designated in Schedule I.

A.
Between
the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on weekdays, and when signs are
erected giving notice, the operator of any commercial vehicle shall
not park his/her vehicle within any loading zone for a period of time
exceeding fifteen (15) minutes.
B.
The operator
of any passenger vehicle shall not park his/her vehicle within any
loading zone for a period of time exceeding three (3) minutes.
C.
At other
times, parking is permitted in loading zones.
