The St. Louis County International Mechanical Code adopted by St. Louis County Ordinance No. 27,613, being the International Mechanical Code 2015 Edition, approved by the International Code Council, together with all deletions, additions and amendments is hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this Chapter as though set out in full herein. Whenever the term County Executive is used in said Code it shall mean the Mayor unless otherwise required by the context. Whenever the term St. Louis County is used in said Code it shall mean the City of Richmond Heights unless otherwise required by the context.

The St. Louis County Electrical Code adopted by St. Louis County Ordinance No. 27,430, on June 18, 2019, being the National Electric Code/2014, approved and adopted by the National Fire Protection Association, Inc., is hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this Chapter as though set out in full herein.

The St. Louis County Uniform Plumbing Code adopted by St. Louis County Ordinance No. 27,424, being the Uniform Plumbing Code 2015 Edition approved by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, together with all deletions, additions and amendments is hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this Chapter as though set out in full herein. Whenever the term County Executive is used in said code it shall mean the Mayor unless otherwise required by the context. Whenever the term St. Louis County is used in said code it shall mean the City of Richmond Heights unless otherwise required by the context.

A. 
The Weights and Measures Code of St. Louis County, Missouri, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk, adopted by St. Louis County by Ordinance No. 2924 on June 4, 1963, and amendments thereto, is hereby adopted as the Weights and Measures Code of the City of Richmond Heights and by this reference made a part of this Section as though set out herein in full.
B. 
Copies of the Weights and Measures Code shall be kept on file in the offices of the City Clerk and the Building Commissioner for public inspection and use.
