In accordance with the provisions of Section 355.010, the following areas are designated as loading zones:

Laclede Station Road, on the east side, beginning at a point
one hundred (100) feet south of the south curb line of Dale Avenue
and continuing for a distance of twenty-five (25) feet southward.

Oakland Avenue, on the south side, from a point of beginning
one hundred ten (110) feet west of the west curb line of Blendon Place
and continuing for a distance of fifty (50) feet westwardly.
