There is hereby created a Library Board of Trustees pursuant
to Section 182.170 et seq., RSMo. Such Board shall have the membership,
powers and duties as specified in such Statutes. Those members or
employees of the Library Board who are authorized to execute instruments
of disbursement on behalf of such Board shall, before entering upon
their duties of office, execute a bond in favor of the City for the
faithful performance of their duties, including their monetary and
accounting duties, as set out in Section 182.200, RSMo. The type and
amount of such bonds shall be as determined from time to time by the
City Council.
