A.
The City
hereby adopts the August 2007, Municipal Records Retention Schedule
of the Missouri Secretary of State which is on file in the City offices
and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth and the General
Records Retention Schedule of the Missouri Secretary of State as available
September 18, 2008, which is on file in the City offices and incorporated
by reference as if fully set forth.
B.
The City
Clerk or his/her duly authorized appointee of the City is authorized
to implement said policies and destroy any and all records older than
stated in the Municipal Records Retention Schedule of the Missouri
Secretary of State and the General Records Retention Schedule of the
Missouri Secretary of State.
