A.
Through traffic is prohibited during the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 9:00
A.M. and 3:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, between Olive
Boulevard and Etzel Avenue, on Bartmer, Colby and Purcell Avenues.
B.
Through traffic is prohibited during the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 9:00
A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. every day of the week, on Mount Olive
Avenue between Groby Road to Ahern Avenue; Ahern Avenue between Mount
Olive Avenue and North and South Road and Wilshire Avenue/Shaftesbury
Avenue between Ahern Avenue and North and South Road.
C.
Through traffic is prohibited at all times on:

Arcadia Street between Pennsylvania and Partridge Avenues,

Liberty Avenue between Hanley Avenue and the north City limits,
and

|
Northmoor Drive between Big Bend Boulevard and the western edge
of Adams Park.

D.
The Director of Public Works and Parks shall erect and maintain suitable
signs giving notice that such through traffic is prohibited.
E.
It is unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in violation
of this Table XIV-A.
