Proper warning signs pursuant to law shall be posted in any
such street(s) closed pursuant to this chapter and N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.7,
indicating that the street is closed and the purpose thereof, during
the time when same is closed.

Unless otherwise provided in the chapter, penalties against persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall be imposed in accordance with the provisions of § 1-15.
