B.
Fees required under Subsection A above, except trips, shall be waived for any Township resident receiving public assistance. For the purposes of this section, public assistance shall include participation in the following: welfare assistance, subsidized housing, federal school lunch program, food stamps, or other forms of public assistance.
C.
Recreation program fees may be reduced or waived by the Director
of Parks and Recreation for individuals with disabilities participating
in youth and/or adult service organizations incorporated as not-for-profit
organizations as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code of 1986, as amended, and serving residents of the Township of
Morris. Such reductions or waivers shall be requested in writing to
the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and shall include
the specific justification for the fee waiver or reduction request.
