[Adopted 8-9-1962 by Ord. No. 24-63 (Ch. 71, Art. IV, of
the 1969 Code); amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code
(see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II)]
Where a building is to be connected with a public sanitary sewer,
in the opening, replacement, relocation or relaying of any existing
connection to a public sanitary sewer, all work must conform to current
plumbing codes.
Any person, persons, firms or corporations violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in § 1-3, General penalty, of this Code, in the discretion of the Judge imposing said penalty.
