City of Sullivan, MO Schedule III Parking Restrictions

As authorized by and in accordance with Section 355.010 of this Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one time or instance or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.

Beeman Street, north side, from South Mansion to a point two hundred (200) feet east.

Beeman Street, south side, between South Mansion to Orchard Street.

Buffalo Street, north side, for a total of 50 feet at 481 Buffalo Street.

Church Street, from railroad tracks south to Vine Street.

East Avenue, both sides, from Vine Street to Tipton Street.

East Vine Street, north side, for a distance of 85 feet west of South Center Street.

East Vine Street, south side, from the intersection of East Vine Street and McKinley Street for a distance of 300 feet therefrom.

Elmont Road (Highway 185) from North Service Road to the City limits.

Elmont Road, south side, from the railroad tracks west to Gray Street.

Grace Street, east side, in its entirety.

Hughes Ford Road from Main Street to Washington Street and south for a distance of 200 feet.

Industrial Park Drive, south side, beginning at a point 600 feet west of Highway AF to the end of the platted street.

Main Street from Hughes Ford Road to Sappington Bridge Road.

Mattox Drive, both sides, from Sappington Bridge Road to a point 600 feet west of Sappington Bridge Road.

North Church Street, both sides, continuing 500 feet south from the intersection of North Church Street and the South Service Road in the City of Sullivan.

North Loop Drive, both sides.

North Outer Road, from Exit 225 to Grande Drive.

North Outer Road of I-44, both sides, located at 147 North Service Road west.

Ramsey Street, north side, in its entirety.

Ramsey Street, south side, at Gray Street.

Sappington Bridge Road from Main Street to the City limits.

Second Street from Jackson Street to Ramsey Street

Springfield, south side, from Manion Street 150 feet southwest

South Clark Street, east side, for a distance of 85 feet north of East Vine Street.

South Church, west side, from Vine Street to Washington Street from 8:00 A.M.—4:00 P.M. on days when school is in session.

South Mansion, east side, from Beeman Street to a point one hundred eighty (180) feet south.

South Outer Road, both sides, from a point 200 feet west of North Church Street to Sycamore Street.

South Outer Road, south side, from Fisher Drive to North Park Street.

Sycamore Street, both sides.

Washington Street from McFadden to Hughes Ford Road

The following street or portion thereof are delegated as one-hour parking zones from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily except Sundays and legal holidays:

North Manion Street from Virginia Street 50 feet south of the intersection of Virginia Street and North Manion Street.

Virginia Street 150 feet west from North Manion Street.

Table III-C Thirty-Minute Parking.

The following streets or portions thereof are designated as thirty-minute parking:

Vine Street, both north and south sides, fronting on the U.S. Post Office.

West Washington, south side, between McFadden Street and Taylor Street on election days only.

The following streets are established with two-hour parking limit from 9:00 A.M. — 4:00 P.M. daily, except Sundays and holidays:

Clark Street from Vine Street to the alleyway between Maple Street and Elm Street.

Euclid from Pine to Maple Street.

Main Street from South Church to Hughes Ford Road.

North Manion Street, east side, from East Springfield to the end of the factory building.

Taylor Street from Washington to Main Street.

Table III-E Two-Hour Parking Limitations.

No person shall park or cause to be parked his/her motor vehicle for more than two-hours in consecutive time on the following streets or portions thereof in the City of Sullivan, Missouri:

Vine Street, south side, from the intersection of Vine Street and South Clark on a westerly direction fifty (50) feet between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday of each week.

Table III-F Four-Hour Parking Limitations.

Parking limited on certain portions of North Clark Street.

No person shall park or cause to be parked or to allow, suffer or permit any motor vehicle owned or operated by him/her to be parked or remain on the west side of North Clark Street from the intersection of North Clark Street and Springfield Road for a distance of two hundred (200) feet south for a period of more than four (4) hours.
