The inhabitants of the City of Richmond Heights, within the
corporate limits as now established or as hereafter established in
the manner provided by law, shall continue to be a municipal body
politic and corporate in perpetuity, under the name of the City of
Richmond Heights. The present corporate limits are set forth in Ordinance
No. 1500 of the City of Richmond Heights, enacted 3/8/37; a map showing
these limits is recorded in Plat Book 33, page 20, of the office of
the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds.
