A.
The
water tap charge for installation of three-fourths (¾) inch
meter and three-fourths (¾) inch copper or plastic service
line shall be a fee of four hundred and fifty dollars ($450.00). Each
shall have a meter box furnished, set, maintained, and repaired by
the City.

Deposit
for water meter service: $50.00 — $100.00.
C.
Delinquency:
10% of bill.
D.
Reconnection
charge: $10.00 reconnection charge.

A.
Said
rates shall be based upon the quantity of water used as the same is
measured by the water meter or meters of said City according to the
following schedule of monthly water charges. The current water rates
are:
1.
For the first one thousand (1,000) gallons or fraction thereof, a
minimum monthly charge of five dollars sixty-three cents ($5.63).
2.
For the next nine thousand (9,000) gallons or fraction thereof, at
the rate of five dollars fifteen cents ($5.15) per one thousand (1,000)
gallons.
3.
For the next twenty-five thousand (25,000) gallons or fraction thereof,
at the rate of four dollars fifteen cents ($4.15) per one thousand
(1,000) gallons.
4.
For the next twenty-five thousand (25,000) gallons or fraction thereof,
at the rate of three dollars eighty-four cents ($3.84) per one thousand
(1,000) gallons.
5.
For all in excess of sixty thousand (60,000) gallons or fraction
thereof, at the rate of three dollars forty-six cents ($3.46) per
one thousand (1,000) gallons.
