The Town of Middlefield hereby adopts the provisions of Connecticut
General Statutes §§ 25-85 through 25-94 concerning
flood and erosion control.
The Board of Selectmen is hereby designated as the Municipal
Flood and Erosion Control Board for the Town of Middlefield pursuant
to Connecticut General Statutes § 25-84(a). The Board shall
have all of the authority, powers and duties set forth in the Connecticut
General Statutes concerning flood and erosion control.
