The following new commercial and industrial uses, including such uses that may qualify as a home occupation, are prohibited within the shoreland zone adjacent to Upper Mason Pond and the portion of the Goose River that flows into this pond:
(1) 
Auto washing facilities.
(2) 
Auto or other vehicle service and/or repair operations, including body shops.
(3) 
Chemical and bacteriological laboratories.
(4) 
Storage of chemicals, including herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers, other than amounts normally associated with individual households or farms.
(5) 
Commercial painting, wood preserving, and furniture stripping.
(6) 
Dry cleaning establishments.
(7) 
Electronic circuit assembly.
(8) 
Laundromats, unless connected to a sanitary sewer.
(9) 
Metal plating, finishing, or polishing.
(10) 
Petroleum or petroleum product storage and/or sale, except for storage on the same property on which the use occurs and except for storage and sales associated with marinas.
(11) 
Photographic processing.
(12) 
Printing.
