From and after the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful
for any person, persons, company or corporation to use or allow his,
her, their or its property to be used for the business of wrecking
or scrapping automobiles or other motor vehicles or for the scrapping
of iron or other metal machinery or property within the limits of
said Township.
Any person, persons, company or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction before any Magisterial
District Judge, be fined the sum of $100 for each violation of this
chapter, together with costs. Each day that a violation is permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Proceedings for any
violation of this chapter and for the collection of a fine and costs
imposed thereby may be commenced by warrant, or by summons, before
any Magisterial District Judge.
