Township of Morris, NJ Article IV License Fees

§ 165-14 Fees for licenses.

The fees for alcoholic beverage licenses in the Township of Morris shall be as follows:

A. Plenary retail consumption license: $2,500.

B. Plenary retail distribution license: $2,500.

C. Club license: $188.

D. Limited retail distribution license: $63.

§ 165-15 When effective.

This article shall take effect beginning with the licenses to be issued for the license year 1979-1980, and thereafter, and after final passage and publication thereof as provided for by law.
