[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township
of Morris as indicated in article histories. Amendments noted where
applicable.]

There is hereby authorized in the Township of Morris the conducting
of legalized games of chance on the first day of the week, commonly
known and designated as "Sunday," such games of chance being those
as set forth under N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et
seq., and all as required under N.J.S.A. 5:8-31 and N.J.S.A. 5:8-58.

The Township Clerk is hereby delegated the authority to approve
the granting of raffle and bingo licenses within the Township of Morris.
