Effective January 1, 1991, the following fees and charges shall
be required to be paid by participants in the following public health
clinics when the same may from time to time be offered by the Board
of Health:
The aforesaid fees shall be paid by participants at the time
of registration for participation in the particular program or clinic.
The aforesaid fees are nonrefundable, unless the clinic or program
shall be canceled.
