For the purposes of this chapter, any terms defined in the Illinois
Vehicle Code shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Illinois
Vehicle Code, except when the context otherwise requires and except
where another definition is set forth in another section of this chapter
and applicable to that section or a designated part thereof is applicable.
The following words and phrases, when used in this code, shall,
for the purposes of this code, have the meanings respectively ascribed
to them in this article, except when the context otherwise requires
and except where another definition set forth in another section of
this code and applicable to that section or a designated part thereof
is applicable.
Any person appointed to serve as the Chief of Police of the
Village of Bannockburn, Illinois, or any person serving as acting
Chief of Police of the Village.
Every natural person, firm, copartnership, association, limited-liability
company, entity or corporation.
The Village of Bannockburn, Illinois, a municipal corporation.
The President and Trustees of the Village of Bannockburn.
