There is hereby created and established an Airport Advisory
Board for the City.

The Airport Advisory Board shall consist of five (5) regular
members and the term of each regular member shall be three (3) years.
One (1) member of the City Council shall serve as an ex officio member
of the Board.

The regular members of the Airport Advisory Board shall be appointed
by the Mayor with the consent and approval of a majority of the members
elected to the City Council and such appointments shall be made effective
on the first (1st) day of June. The ex officio member of the Board
shall be a member of the City Council and shall be appointed by the
Mayor, with the consent and approval of a majority of the members
elected to the City Council. The ex officio member shall serve a term
of one (1) year commencing each June first (1st).

The Airport Advisory Board, at the request of the City Council,
shall advise the City Council concerning matters dealing with the
ownership, operation and maintenance of the Trenton Memorial Airport
owned by the City. The Board, in its discretion, may consult with
other persons with knowledge and experience in the ownership, operation
and use of an airport.

The regular members of the Airport Advisory Board shall provide
for its own rules and regulations and provide for and elect its own
officers within that Board. The ex officio member of the Board shall
not be entitled to vote and shall not be entitled to serve as an officer
within the Board. All members of the Airport Advisory Board shall
serve without compensation.
