The City of Ash Grove shall set the fees for inspection of all construction within the City of Ash Grove boundaries as set forth:

Re-inspections for any of the above shall require an additional inspection fee equal to the initial fee charges. Should any plans or inspections require the assistance of the City's Engineer and/or Architect, the applicant shall be billed for all amounts charged to the City by such Engineer and/or Architect and a final occupancy permit shall not be issued until all such charges have been paid and satisfied.

SUBDIVISION AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT REVIEWS

Commercial development application fee	$2,500.00
Fees charged for subdivision plan review and for commercial development, application are charged as deposits to cover the City's actual costs for professional and other services associated therewith. Any additional costs shall be charged to the applicant. The balance of any unused portions thereof shall be refunded to the applicant. Final occupancy permits shall not be issued where there is unsatisfied balance due and owing to the City.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FEES

All charges to the City for professional fees required in connection with the above shall be billed to and paid by the applicant.

PUBLIC HEARING FEES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH LAND OWNER INITIATED ANNEXATIONS
All costs associated with public hearings, including publication costs, certified mailing costs, sign posting costs and all other associated costs and expenses, shall be paid by the applicant as fees therefore.
