Developers interested in exploring the feasibility of developing
real estate within the Village of Bannockburn require certain services
of the Village. Such required services of the Village relate to engineering
studies, feasibility studies, land planning studies, and legal matters,
and require the expenditure of time and money on behalf of the developer
by the Village.
Any costs incurred by the Village in reviewing developer's plans,
specifications, engineering drawings and other documents relating
to the development shall be borne by the developer.
