A.
Establishment Of Traffic Lanes. There shall hereafter
be three (3) traffic lanes on 9th Street from the intersection of
9th Street with Haliburton east to the 9th Street railroad overpass,
and from the east end of the 9th Street railroad overpass to Kitty
Street, with the center lane restricted to left hand turns.
B.
Unlawful To Pass. It shall be unlawful for any person
to drive or operate a motor vehicle or other type of vehicle in the
center lane of 9th Street so as to pass, another vehicle. When a proceeding
vehicle has clearly indicated a left turn, a person following in a
motor vehicle may pass on the right side, so long as the turning vehicle
is in the center, or turn lane.
