Landscaping required in this article shall be maintained in
a healthy, growing condition at all times. It shall be the responsibility
of the property owner of record or his delegated representative to
properly maintain and care for any landscape screen or other treatment
as approved by the Township. In order to ensure proper maintenance
of landscaping, a maintenance plan addressing the following shall
be required:
