The Township Secretary shall keep on file in the office of West Manheim Township the document entitled "Construction and Materials Specifications" as prepared by C.S. Davidson, Inc.
Said document is hereby adopted as the construction and materials specifications for improvements and construction in and for all subdivisions and land development and other public improvements within the Township of West Manheim, York County.
All construction and improvements to property, in subdivisions or land development, or any other work involving public improvements, shall be done according to said construction and materials specifications. If the document entitled "Construction and Materials Specifications" of August 2007 is updated and/or changed, then the most recent edition shall be considered as the edition adopted herein as the construction and materials specifications of the Township of West Manheim.
Any person who violates or permits a violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding brought before a Magisterial District Judge under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary offense and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution. In default of payment thereof, the defendant may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days. Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and each section of this chapter that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.
