No person shall keep any animal or fowl other than a common
house pet within the Village limits.

No person having in his or her possession or under his or her
control any animal or fowl shall allow the same to run at large within
the Village.

No dog kennel or other yard or establishment where animals or
fowl are kept shall be maintained closer than 100 feet to any apartment,
house, hotel, restaurant, retail food store, boarding-house, building
used for school, religious or hospital purposes, or residence other
than that occupied by the owner or occupant of the premises upon which
such animals or fowl are kept.

Any person maintaining a dog kennel or other yard or establishment
wherein animals or fowl are kept shall maintain the same in a clean
and sanitary manner at all times.

The owner or person walking an animal shall remove and dispose
of any deposited excrement immediately after such animal deposits
it on the property of another or on public property.
