The penalty for violation of any provision of this title shall be a forfeiture as hereinafter provided together with the costs of prosecution of the matter.
A. 
Uniform Traffic Offenses. Forfeitures for violation of any provision of the Wisconsin State Traffic Code as adopted herein by reference shall conform to forfeitures for a violation as set forth by the state of Wisconsin including any variations or increases for second or subsequent offenses.
B. 
Special Local Regulations. The forfeiture for violation of Sections 10.08.010 and 10.08.020 of this code shall be in conformity with the provisions of the Wisconsin State Traffic Code as adopted herein by reference and shall conform to the forfeitures for a violation as set forth by the state of Wisconsin and in accordance with the deposit schedule established by the Judicial Conference, including any variations or increases for second or subsequent offenses.
The forfeiture for violation of Section 10.08.030 of this code shall be in conformity with the forfeiture for violation of any provision of the Wisconsin State Traffic Code, specifically, as set forth in Sections 348.17(1), 348.21(3), and 349.16, Wis. Stats., as adopted herein by reference and shall conform to forfeitures for a violation as set forth by the State of Wisconsin and in accordance with the deposit schedule established by the Judicial Conference.
C. 
Snowmobile Regulations. The forfeiture for violation of Section 10.08.060 shall be in conformity with the forfeiture for violation of any provision of the Wisconsin State Traffic Code as adopted herein by reference and shall conform to the forfeitures for a violation as set forth by the state of Wisconsin and in accordance with the deposit schedule established by the Judicial Conference, including any variations or increases for second or subsequent offenses.
D. 
Parking. The forfeiture for a violation of parking regulations in Chapter 10.12 shall be $20 if paid within 10 days. If not paid within 10 days, the fine shall then increase to $40. If, after follow up from the law enforcement agency, the violator is in violation of Section 10.12.020, the vehicle of the violator/owner shall be towed or removed from the street where such parking is herein prohibited. The violator shall, in addition to all other penalties hereinbefore provided, pay the entire costs of such removal or towing of his or her vehicle.

This title shall be enforced in accordance with provisions of Wisconsin Statutes 345.20 to 345.53, Chapter 299.
A. 
Stipulation of No Contest. Any person charged with a violation of this title except Wisconsin Statute 7.346.62(1) and 7.346.63(1) may make a stipulation of no contest pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 345.26, which must be received at the office of the police department or municipal court Clerk within 10 days of the date of the alleged violation. Such person shall at the time of entering into the stipulation make the deposit required under Subsection B of this section, if he or she has not already done so. A person who has mailed or filed a stipulation under this subsection may, however, appear in court on the appearance date and may be relieved from the stipulation for cause shown as required in Wisconsin Statute 345.37.
B. 
Deposits. Any person stipulating no contest under Subsection A of this section shall make the deposit required under Wisconsin Statute 345.26, or, if the deposit is not established under such statute, shall deposit a forfeited penalty as provided in the schedule established by the Chief of Police and approved by the Village Board. The deposit shall include court costs and suit tax. Deposits may be brought or mailed to the office of the police department or municipal court Clerk as directed by the arresting officer. Deposits for parking or nonmoving violations shall be mailed or brought to the municipal court Clerk.
C. 
Notice of Demerit Points and Receipt. Every officer accepting a forfeited penalty or money deposit under this section shall receipt thereof in triplicate as provided in Wisconsin Statute 345.26(3)(b). Every officer accepting a stipulation under the provisions of this section shall comply with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes 343.28, 345.26(1)(a) and 345.27(2), and shall require the alleged violator to sign a statement of notice in substantially the form contained on the uniform traffic citation and complaint promulgated under Wisconsin Statute 345.11.
D. 
Forfeitures in Treasury — Officer to Post Bond, Qualify. Any officer accepting deposits or forfeited penalties under this section shall deliver them to the municipal court Clerk within five days after receipt. Any officer authorized to accept deposits under Wisconsin Statute 345.26, or this section shall qualify by taking the oath prescribed by Wisconsin Statute 19.01, and filing an official bond in the sum of $2,000 as described by Wisconsin Statute 19.01.
