A. 
Planting. No person shall plant any tree, shrub or plant between his or her property line and the curb or traveled portion of the street abutting his or her premises without a permit from the street superintendent, who shall for the purposes of this section have the powers and duties of a Village forester under Section 27.09, Wis. Stats.
B. 
Tree Care. Section 27.09, Wis. Stats., shall apply and the Village Board shall have the powers and duties conferred upon the board of park commissioners.

A. 
No person shall grade or cause to be graded any privately owned lands abutting upon any street within the Village until a permit therefor shall first have been obtained by the owner, or his or her authorized agent from the Village, specifying the manner in which the same shall be graded.
B. 
The Village Board shall order the grading of any privately owned lands abutting upon any street within the Village if, in its judgment, such lands interfere with proper drainage of surface waters along any street in the Village or interfere with drainage of surface waters so as to be damaging to a street within the Village.

The erection and maintenance of mail boxes to be used for mail delivery within the Village limits shall be prohibited within one-quarter mile of the Village post office subject only to hardship and special needs delivery boxes upon application to the United States Postal Service. Any and all mail boxes erected within the Village limits outside of the aforenoted one-quarter mile limit of the post office shall comply in all respects with U.S. Postal Regulations. A mail box shall be defined as a container for United States Mail. A mail box shall be limited to one box for each postal address. Boxes for the delivery of newspapers and/or advertisers shall be placed on not more than one separate post for each postal address and shall be place directly adjacent to the aforenoted mail box(s). Mail box placement shall conform with United States Postal Service Regulations and the Village post office route directive(s).
