As soon as practicable after November 6, 2017, the next regularly
scheduled Eldon City Municipal Court Docket, but no later than six
(6) months from the effective date of this Section, the Eldon City
Municipal Court shall be transferred to the Miller County Circuit
Court and Eldon City Municipal Division cases shall be heard in the
Miller County Circuit Court Associate Division.
