As authorized by and in accordance with Section 355.010 of this Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one time or instance or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control sign or signal.
That portion of the east side of the 100 block of South Maple Street located in front of 122 South Maple Street more particularly described as:
That portion of Maple Street beginning at a point 133 feet north of the intersection of 2nd Street, on the east side of Maple Street, and proceeding 25 feet north.
The portions of the roadway listed below are hereby added to those roadways upon which no parking shall be permitted at any time:
All of the 26 foot right-of-way of 2nd Street between Oak Street and Maple Street.
That portion of 14th Street beginning at South Aurora Street and continuing 210 feet to its intersection with Business Highway 54.
That portion of the west side of Oak Street beginning at a point 57 feet south of the intersection with 1st Street, and proceeding 180 feet south.
That portion of South Aurora Street, from 15th Street to the City Limits of Eldon on South Aurora Street, covering both sides of South Aurora Street.

That portion of South Maple Street, extending from the intersection of East 8th Street and South Maple Street to the intersection of South Maple Street and East 15th Street, running along the east and west side of South Maple will be known as a "No Parking" zone.

That portion of the Eldon Library, located at 308 East 1st Street will be for use of the Government Building only. No residential or industrial parking will be allowed within this parking lot or area.
