The International Building Code adopted in Section 500.020 of this Code shall be applicable to this Chapter as related to housing regulations.

There is hereby created a Housing Authority pursuant to Sections 99.010 through 99.230, RSMo. The City is authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement with the Housing Authority of the City.

The powers, functions and duties of the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority under Sections 99.300 to 99.660, RSMo., inclusive, shall be exercised by the Housing Authority of the City, a public body now existing. The Housing Authority of the City is hereby given and granted all such powers, functions and duties of the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority, under Sections 99.300 to 99.660, RSMo.
