A.
COMMERCIAL CARRIER
For purposes of this Section, the following word shall have the meaning
respectively ascribed to it:
Any carrier that is engaged in the business regulated in
this Article, but which is regulated by the Public Service Commission
and the Division of Transportation of this State under the Statutes
of the State.
