No person shall, within the limits of said Village, keep or maintain any disorderly or gambling house or house of ill fame; no person shall take part or join or aid or abet in any riotous or tumultuous assemblage or unnecessary crowds upon the streets or in the doorways or stairways adjacent thereto or loiter about such places; no person shall use or engage in any profane, vulgar or obscene language or conduct in or upon any street or public place.
No person or persons shall, in any manner whatsoever, disturb, molest or interrupt or aid in disturbing, molesting or interrupting any of the persons composing or belonging to any lawful meeting, congregation or gathering of persons, school, society or association while going to or returning from the same.
No person shall, upon Sunday or upon any other day, between the setting and rising of the sun, make or contribute to the making of any loud or unusual noise or noises, or fire or discharge any gun or firearm, or be guilty of any loud hallooing or yelling or of blowing any horn or trumpet, or of beating any fence, board, box or building or rattling any sticks or bones.
No persons shall unnecessarily congregate upon the sidewalk or street corners or in the vicinity of any church and shall immediately disperse upon being ordered so to do by the president or any police officer of said Village; no persons shall engage in ball playing or any other public game upon the Sabbath day; no person or persons shall keep open for any purpose any saloon, billiard room, poolroom or place where intoxicating liquors are sold, in said Village on Sunday or before 5:00 a.m. on Monday or on any other day between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Any person, corporation or other entity who violates the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to imprisonment not to exceed fifteen days or a fine not to exceed $250 or both such fine and imprisonment.
