As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
The Board of Health of the Borough of Rockaway.
The Borough of Rockaway.
That certain code approved by the State Department of Health
on January 20, 2009, for adoption by reference by local Boards of
Health in accordance with law, being a code regulating the registration
and inspection requirements for tanning facilities, standards for
the operation of the facilities, and enforcement provisions.
A.
Pursuant to and in accordance with the Public Health and Sanitation
Codes Adoption by Reference Act (N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 26:3-69.6),
there is hereby established and adopted as the Tanning Facilities
Code of the Borough the whole of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code,
Tanning Facilities (January 20, 2009). A copy of said code is made
a part hereof without the inclusion of the text thereof herein.
B.
New Jersey State Sanitary Code, Tanning Facilities (January 20, 2009),
is hereby incorporated in this article by reference and made a part
hereof as fully as though it had been set forth at length herein.
C.
The required number of copies of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code,
Tanning Facilities (January 20, 2009), have been placed on file in
the office of the Borough Clerk and in the office of the Department
of Health of the Borough of Rockaway and shall remain on file there
for the use and examination of the public as long as this article
shall remain in effect.
Said regulations are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully
as if set out at length herein. Any amendments, alterations or supplements
to the regulations adopted herein shall be automatically effective
in the Borough and shall be incorporated in this article as if set
out at length herein.
