Hereinafter, each and every person owning any animal within
the corporate limits of the City of Absecon shall:
A.
Prevent such dog from running at large upon any public property,
street, alley, park or other public place within the corporate limits
of the City of Absecon.
B.
Prevent such dog from being on any public highway, street, avenue,
park or other public place within the corporate limits of the City
of Absecon at any time unless such dog shall be accompanied by a person
and be securely confined and controlled by an adequate leash not more
than six feet in length.
C.
Prevent such dog from running at large within the corporate limits
of the City of Absecon upon the lands or other real estate of any
person without the consent of the owner of such lands or other real
estate.
D.
Prevent such dog or cat from injuring or damaging any vegetable garden,
flower garden, lawn, plant, tree, shrubbery, grounds or other property
of any person other than the person owning such animal.
E.
Prevent such dog or cat from worrying, wounding or killing any sheep,
lamb or domestic animal of any person other than the person owning
such animal.
