All boats, except such boat or boats as may be maintained by
the City of Absecon City for lifeguard purposes, be and they are hereby
prohibited from entering or using that body of water in Absecon City
known and designated as the "swimming hole" or water abutting the
land known as the "bathing beach."

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this
Article shall be deemed a disorderly person and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment for
a term not exceeding 30 days, or both, at the discretion of the Municipal
Judge or other judicial officer trying the offense.
