§ 130-6 Trailer parking permit required.

All persons who use designated Municipal Boat Trailer Parking in the City of Absecon shall display on the vehicle towing a trailer a Permit issued by the City of Absecon. Such permit shall be in a form to be designated by the Governing Body and shall be displayed on the rear view mirror inside the towing vehicle.

§ 130-7 Fees and charges.

A. City of Absecon residents.

1. Annual permits purchased prior to March 1st each year: $25.

2. Annual permits purchased prior to March 1st each year: $50.

B. All nonresidents.

1. Annual permits purchased prior to March 1st each year: $75.

2. Annual permits purchased on or before March 1st each year: $125.

C. Fees and charges may be waived by appropriate action of the City Council during a declared emergency.

§ 130-8 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of the terms and conditions of this Article shall pay a fine of not less than $100 for the first offense and not less than $200 for any subsequent offense within a calendar year.
