All persons who use designated Municipal Boat Trailer Parking
in the City of Absecon shall display on the vehicle towing a trailer
a Permit issued by the City of Absecon. Such permit shall be in a
form to be designated by the Governing Body and shall be displayed
on the rear view mirror inside the towing vehicle.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of the terms
and conditions of this Article shall pay a fine of not less than $100
for the first offense and not less than $200 for any subsequent offense
within a calendar year.
