The burying of bushes, logs, branches, foliage or any other
vegetable matter within the limits of the City of Absecon City is
declared to be a nuisance, and the creation and maintenance thereof
is prohibited.

Anyone violating the provisions of this Article shall, upon
conviction thereof, pay a fine of not more than $200 or be imprisoned
in the county jail for not more than 90 days, and the Municipal Magistrate
before whom any such person may be brought may impose such fine or
imprisonment in the county jail as he may see fit, not exceeding the
maximum herein fixed.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prohibit the
burial of vegetable matter or any other refuse in any area specifically
designated for the disposal of such matters by the City.
